Midwest Venture Summit 2006, the only conference led by 22 venture capital firms, will showcase 39 of the most promising Midwest companies looking for Seed/Angel, Series A or later capital. To date, companies that participated at the last two summits have raised nearly $160 million in private equity investments. The last summit, held in May of 2005, attracted more than 360 institutional investors, angel investors, entrepreneurs, management teams, business leaders, and media professionals. This year's event promises to be even larger and more broadly attended. Investors looking for the region’s hottest companies as well as entrepreneurs looking for insights into how to present to investor audiences should attend the Midwest Venture Summit on November 1, 2006.
