It also helps to find websites with similar keywords as your own as a group of of sites with the same or similar keywords linking to your site will show the search engines that your website is important and this will considerably lift your PR. Keywords in the body of your website are also important with the main ones being at the top then spread throughout your page without making it too obvious.
