By: Tellman Knudson

When you are learning to develop ADD consistency skills that will really lead you to massive success, you need to ask yourself, “What’s something that I’ve been focused on since I was 16? What’s something I’ve been interested in for the past three years? What’s something that, when I think about doing it, I get goose bumps, and it’s been like that since before I can remember?”

That’s what you should work on because that’s going to keep your brain focused and alive. You are already ADD fixated on this thing. If you’ve been thinking about it that long, you don’t need to worry about whether or not you’re going to maintain interest.

Usually, if you think about the projects that you’re doing—the ones that work, the ones that don’t work— there is a common thread that runs throughout everything that you’re doing that you like, that’s fun, that’s exciting, that’s moving forward. There’s some thread. You are playing some role in those projects that really, really serve you.

What if everything you did in your life that you were really good at, somehow translated something. What if you loved to translate things like computer code, languages, or even symptoms. Then, every project that you work on should in some way, taking the role of the translator. We're translating ADD symptoms for you, and showing you how your ADD brain works because it's something we're good at and that we enjoy doing.

We want to translate this big, bad, brain world of ADD into simple, breakdown, little steps that you can do to utilize the power of your big brain.

The principle of pursuing what you like and are best at is so important if you embrace it. If you whuss out on it, if you don’t start working with it, that’s cool, but you’re really setting yourself up for a lot of hardship. You’ll be asking yourself a lot, “Why am I doing this?” You won’t be able to maintain consistency because you can’t answer the question, "Why?"
