Dear Insightful Ones,

Let us be brave in all of our actions. Let us connect to the everlasting strength within us in doing so. Let us be calm in every situation. Let us accept ourselves for who and what we are.

Let us move forward everyday with this knowing that we are part of the greater whole.
Let us know that our essence is whole. Let us know that we can choose our thoughts.
Let us choose our thoughts carefully. Let us love ourselves and love all.
Let us express our true selves. Let us be authentic today and everyday.
Let us be insightful moment by moment by being our God self.
Let us be, do and have all we want patiently.

Let us be good to ourselves and to others for we are worthy and deserving of living a healthy life in every way and so do others.

May the love and light of God and the Universe surround and protect you, your loved ones and the planet earth.
