Anger - a very common word everybody is familiar with. In fact it is not only a word but one of our emotions. It is considered to be a negative emotion therefore it is tried to repressed or abolished. But repression or abolition of anger both are wrong as they just produce negatives. Repression of anger causes physical as well as mental illness whereas abolition of anger just makes a man like a stone. Even if injustice is done to him or the people around him, his blood does not boil. He is completely calm. He loses the desire to bring certain necessary changes in the adverse situation or circumstances. He does not try to make the wind blow in his favour. His fighting spirit just dies and he compromises even with the negatives. Unfortunately people are unable to understand that the thing which they are taking as negative is basically a positive one and is capable of doing miracles if handled wisely. Have a look at history you will understand what I mean. Behind all the revolutions anger was there. This anger was channelised wisely and positively to uproot the evils and establish the good. Not only history but also our religious books are full with the examples of the positive use of this emotion. In the religious books even God used this emotion constructively to eliminate the devil. How can an emotion, which even God has, be negative? Here we need to understand that anger is just an emotion, and whether we use it positively or negatively it is up to us.
