Article writing is such an important component of gaining page rank and search engine rankings, and of course I am assuming you know that if you are reading this article. So I will cut right to the chase – keyword optimizing your articles. You know that your articles and web pages need to be keyword optimized but perhaps you have recognized that it takes a lot longer to write an article if you are counting keywords. And you are not even sure what the right keyword density is, anyhow. You have probably heard a number of different numbers to shoot for.Let me tell you how I do it. It takes me no more time, although it might take you 10 or 20 articles before you get the hang of it and you hardly have to think about it.So here is how to do it.Use your keyword in the article title. This is the first place your keyword should occur, and you should add as few additional words to your title as you need – each additional keyword dilutes the importance of your keyword in your title.Use your keyword to begin every paragraph. Anytime you attempt to use the word ‘it’ to refer to your keyword subject, just use the keyword itself.Use your keyword near the end of your article. Put it in your bio. If you are publishing the article to your own web pages (do not do this if you are going to submit the article to even one article directory or other web site – articles should be exclusive to your site if you publish them on your site), then use the keyword in the footer of the page.
