Autoworks International Limited (FWB:A6Q) today reports that its revenues for 6 months ending March 31, 2006 were $ 1,586,786 CDN. This is a increase of over 60% from revenues of approx $ 965,312 as of March 31, 2005. Its losses for the period were $(535,770) CDN. These losses were a result of the implementation of the Parts Direct business model and Fees from the Private Placements. "We are pleased with the strength the revenues and will work on continuing to maintain and increase them," stated Robert Byers, CEO. "We are also looking at other avenues to increase both revenue and assets and hope to have something in the near future." Currently Autoworks International Limited is talking to several acquisition targets. The companies being looked at have substantial revenues and assets and will help to add shareholder value to the company. Also, management of Parts Direct is continuing its discussions with insurance companies regarding the implementation of a test pilot program for its "Part Scan" software and related services.
