Play music, give out special awards for milestones and organize contests. Have your staff members bring in pictures when they were young and have a "guess the baby" contest. You want them to know that this is a celebration of the time and effort they bring to your hospital, school or organization.Choose the right environment Have your party in a place that is away from the work floor if possible. Celebrate in your cafeteria, lounge or outside picnic area. And make sure to decorate with balloons, posters and place settings if you are serving a meal.Make sure there are treats No party is complete without good eats. Serve cake, donuts, ice cream and provide candy favors. Adding a little sweetness to your event will make it all the more memorable.
