Plans make the future happen, developing a well thought out plan will help you to identify what needs to happen next to ensure your success. Identifying critical goal categories, those few things that must happen, must be in place to achieve your mission is the first step in this process. Critical goal categories serve as the foundation for implementing your plans, they focus on building upon your strengths and identifying and overcoming the limitations that your may be experiencing.
