Dynamic Card Solutions’ Instant Issue Technology Implemented at Commonwealth Bank & Trust Branches

Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS) today announced that Commonwealth Bank & Trust Company has implemented CardWizard®, DCS’ industry-leading instant issue and PIN selection software application, throughout its branch locations.

Recognizing the convenience of instant issue technology, Commonwealth implemented DCS’ instant issuance program based on its convenience, speed and automation. Because DCS’ technology interfaces directly with VISA, cards are activated immediately, allowing customers to use their cards for both ATM and merchant transactions. Commonwealth employees enter information into the fully automated software only once, creating a more streamlined process with lower chance of human error.

The CardWizard product is providing instant issue convenience in 11 of Commonwealth’s 13 branches and will be available at new branches as they open.

DCS’ CardWizard instant issue software provides an easy and secure method to instantly issue and re-PIN cards, along with a user-friendly administration component that allows for full reporting, card inventory management, robust security and monitoring features required for instant issue. Additionally, DCS provides solutions for customer-selected PIN and re-PIN processes that complement its CardWizard integrated instant issuance platform.
