One of the primary symptoms that a patient of fibromyalgia will experience (other than muscular pain) is fatigue. The fatigue that patients experience is because of a combination of reasons. The condition under discussion as most people know also includes sleep disorders, depression and emotional stress. These symptoms inversely cause fatigue.The symptom is so analogous to fibromyalgia that the disease is often also known as chronic fatigue syndrome. In such a situation, a person is left in a strange situation. He or she is neither too sick to stay in bed nor well enough to carry on with the activities of a normal person.In such a case where there seems to be no help in sight, a person needs to learn to deal with the situation by herself or herself. The first step towards dealing with the situation would include increasing one?s level of awareness.
