Simply make the Offer Available thru the United States State Department or a New Committee at the UN, backed and funded by the US and World Bank.We allow the leader of the people who has the will of the people as well contact us, usually this will be a new leader from the people, who wants for the people and not himself. An entrenched leadership, disliked by the masses is a No Go. And just like tenure makes folks lazy, entrenched leadership makes them mean generally, sometimes paranoid and after ruthless to maintain their power.When a leader rises up from the people, it is at that moment that he is a candidate for the new plan; the people will follow him. That is my strategy in a nutshell. Machiavellian Principals also agree. Loved and Respected, willfully following their chosen Prince. From there the entire system will be set up by the people and for the people and as more and more countries sign up in a common cause we can take mankind to the next step. Consider all this in 2006.
