It might sound easy to sleep for seven hours a day, but some people are so busy that they are usually getting less than six hours of sleep each night. If you want to make sure that you get the required amount of sleep each night make sure that you stay away from caffeine and alcohol. Many people drink coffee or tea at night, this can keep them up far later than they planned for. If you drink alcohol to help you to fall asleep, it is important to note that alcohol can stop your body from achieving deep, restful sleep. Some helpful hints are to have a bedtime schedule each night and to make sure that you sleep in a comfortable, quiet setting.
