During the past few weeks I have been asking myself a number of questions about several life areas. I was thinking, am I the only one who from time to time has wondered some of these same things so I thought I would share them with you this week just in case I am not alone.Have you ever wondered why some people,-Seem to easily fall in love and then just as easily fall out of love?-Just don’t learn lessons the first time and keep repeating the same mistakes again and again?-Hear a good idea that can have a dramatic positive impact on their life and don’t apply it?-Are oblivious to others when it comes to simple courtesies?-Are more concerned about what other people think of them than their own opinion of themselves?-Refuse to accept the fact that there are other ways to see things than their own opinions?-Will not invest a nickel to improve themselves even thought they want to be more successful?-Let experiences of the past prevent them from enjoying the present?-Refuse to forgive others for often simple mistakes or slights?-Spend time worrying about things that they have no control over?-Have self-destructive habits knowing that they may shorten their life or prevent their happiness?-Spend their whole lives in jobs or careers they hate?-Are not pleasant to total strangers who cross their life path?-Spend more time living in the past or future than the present moment?-Get angry over really stupid stuff?-Stay in destructive relationships?-Let really dumb things that don’t ultimately matter stress them out?-Complain about everything even though they woke up this morning?-Lose touch with people who have meant a great deal to them in the past?-Won’t even try – anything?-Love their jobs, cars or friends more than their own family?-Constantly invalidate others?-Are nicer to clients, pets, customers of fellow employees than their own spouse?-Can find something negative about everything?-Blame God for their troubles?-Drive too fast, cut people off at 75 MPH or try to beat others to an available parking spot?-Let their ego get in the way of their happiness or peace of mind?-Don’t set goals when it is proven fact that having goals improves your chances for success and happiness?-Who are married, spend less than 30 minutes a week, on average in really talking with each other about important things.-Spend more time watching TV than reading good books or spending time with family?-Turn their happiness over to other people or to outside circumstances?-Regret the choices they didn't make and things they they didn't do more than choices they made and things they did.I could go on but there are literally thousands of these kinds of questions. Have you ever wondered about any of these or others?
