Network Marketing works on the principle of duplication. You need to practice what you preach and preach what you practice.

As you recruit others and build a business, your downline will follow your lead. Whether you are looking after 5, 50 or 500 customers, teach your downline, by example, the benefit of keeping in touch with every customer. Keeping in contact is the key to a successful business built on a base of satisfied, regular and loyal customers.

It's when you set this example yourself, then recruit others to work full-time and duplicate your work ethic, that you build the business that will make you a millionaire. You won't make a million only 30 hours a week. So what do you do with the rest of the time? You use it to grow your business by prospecting, recruiting, training and leading your downline. It's the synergy of many people working within your downline that builds the business for you.

Productive downline distributors not only add considerably to your income but also lead to higher level rewards, including dramatically increased bonuses, international trips, and company incentives such as cars and jewelery.

The point is, the more time you invest in your business, the more exciting your income becomes. But even if you work your network marketing business part-time and halve the time you invest, the income is still attractive if your activity is productive. You can analyze your business and determine exactly how much time to invest for the rewards you want.

The other main point to all this is the value of putting your focus on personal activity. There is always more power in what you do then what you say. Your downline should see that personal activity must be the basis of every successful network marketing business.
