Otherwise a private label product is your own product. You can usually put your name to it as author, and publish it as your own work. They are very sought after at the moment, and are a great way to own and sell a product until you have time to develop your own. Here are some ideas on how to market your private label product. Before you venture into them, however, make sure that you read the license agreement that comes with it and stick to it. Not all products come with the same rights and you must not assume that the rights you had with one will automatically be those for the other.- The most obvious use you can put the product to is to put your name to it as author and sell it as it comes. This is not always the best way, since everyone else who bought it might do the same and there will a lot of duplicate content out there.- Customize it and change the content. Read through it make a few changes here and there or, alternatively, completely rewrite it. This is the better idea since it will then be completely original with very little likelihood of duplicate content. Add your own affiliate links where appropriate and customize any other backend products to provide you with the commission rather the previous owner.- If you have carried out sufficient customization and rewriting so that it is indeed a brand new product, you can sell it as such and offer an affiliate program on it.
