IMG’s international clients can log into MyIMG through www.imglobal.com once they create a profile. This new feature gives the ability to check the status of claim submissions, retrieve explanation of benefits, read announcements pertaining to a group or certificate, post messages, retain certain certificate documents and search for physicians through the International Provider AccessSM, a database of over 8,600 facilities outside of the United States. “With more and more people traveling to remote parts of the world, communication can be a problem,” said Joe Brougher, President of IMG. “MyIMG provides a viable solution.
