Is It Possible that Human Minds are Being Controlled by the Universe or a Higher Power

Recently a spiritual type has come to our Online Think Tank and asked us to ponder the thought that human minds are not in the control of the individual of the species but rather in the control of a higher power; for instance a more advanced intelligent species, the Universe itself or a higher power like a God of some sort.

Now then in studying computer brain interfaces and future communication of lets say human-brain-computer port communication devices, potential for quantum pairs, embedded RFID control mechanisms, bio-engineered drugs, smart mob social networks of the future; these comments or concept of theirs do appear to be possible in the future by human scientists. Therefore it could be possible that NOW with another intelligent force which already has such technology or are genetically endowed with these abilities, right? Hmm, can we even say that?

Obviously there is other intelligent life in the Universe, probably very close to us on this pale blue dot in fact. "Drake's Equation" makes sense to most intellectuals and Carl Segan spokesman spoke common sense as well, with regards to such possibilities.

So is this concept worthy, is it even the least bit plausible? Well sure, this concept presented is plausible and there are enough spiritual folks with all sorts of collective consciousness theories out there. Just wait until you read my Sci Fi books in the future.

Indeed, we can look on other species on the surface of the planet as well that can employ various strategies; Bats seem to be able to stun victims as they fly (sonar, sound waves) and line up the bugs they eat at rates of 1000 per hour? Pretty impressive, Sharks seem to have abilities too. Some animals seem to have lull brain waves when in danger, go to sleep or into hiding, thus less visible to the hunter animals and less likely to fall prey.

Humans are controlled socially anyway by the TV, Radio, drugs, sex, need to belong, fear and even their own adopted belief systems such as religion, politics, social groups of their own choosing. So, it is not a stretch of the imagination to further these truths into a concept such as was provided to our Online Think Tank. I think Art Bell has had some interesting speakers on his radio show talking about things of this nature.

Dennis Waitley, the motivational speaker and other make quite a bit of money in allowing people to find a spiritual interpretation of the known vibrational energy, that others wish to call a soul in their given religion, which has been given to them by a particular mythical god of their indoctrination or choosing. If such belief is acceptable in human societies surely an Online Think Tank can take up the concept to discuss? I hope this article has propelled thought for you into 2007.
