10 More Ways to Kick Your Porn Addiction 1. Move your computer into a central area in the home. When you decide to give up your addiction you nothing to hide. 2. Find an accountability partner. If you are serious about quitting porn you need a friend who will hold you accountable. Install software that sends your accountability partner a list of the sites you visit. 3. Stop looking! Each time you are tempted to look at porn turn your head the other way. Avoid magazine racks, movies, videos and lingerie stores. 4. Get an internet filter. 5. Become honest with yourself and others.
