Online Business – The Best Way to Set Up an Internet Business for 2007Online business is at a critical point in 2007 – many of the old systems that have made people money consistently, are going away, in my opinion. I think that you are going to have to build real businesses, not fly-by-night stuff, to make big money online in 2007. I think you either have to choose between affiliate marketing and creating your own product, you have to have your own web site, and you have to build your own list, at a bare minimum, to make big money online.So how do I think you should set up a winning online business in 2007?1) You must choose a niche and specialize. I do not think you can enter the market and sell everything under the sun, unless you go the ebay route – and that is fine – but that is getting more competitive everyday – so I still believe you have to go the way of your own system.2) You have to get your own web site. Not some free page on some affiliate site. Your own page. This is easier to do than you may think – just get hosting, buy a template system if you cannot program, and jump in with both feet and learn it.3) You have to choose or create a product. You can use affiliate products, or you can create your own products.4) You must build a list, so that you can repeatedly talk with your visitors. It is silly for you to only show your web page to a person once, when they most likely aren’t going to buy the first time anyway. You must be able to keep your visitors updated.
