Preventing stress is often very difficult. This dangerous health condition, capable of ruining one's health completely in a very short time, still lack one simple treatment. First, they will give you better condition, allowing you to cope with physical effects of stress - tightened muscles, feeling of weariness and problems with sleep. Then, exercising washes off all toxins that accumulate in one's body during periods of stress and are directly responsible for most stress-related health problems. In case of more serious stress-induced problems it might be a good idea to start taking anti-stress medications. Always consult your doctor before doing that - some of them are prescription-only drugs. However, there are also many prescription-free supplements that may help you cope with stress - these are vitamin supplements that can make coping with negative effects of stress much easier. In many cases people suffering from stress develop serious vitamin deficiencies (the body under stress uses more vitamins than usual) and such supplements are the only way to fight them. Friends and family, however, are two most important factors when it comes to coping with stress. In order to get rid of stress you need help and support of others, so don't push them away! Only with their assistance you can hope to eliminate problems causing you so much unwanted stress.
