ProExtender as described in this article is a more researched and less radical way to deal with penis problems than resorting to invasive surgery. There is no hospitalization or post-op recovery with this product. Who invented it? Dr. Jorn Ege Sian, an internationally recognized leading expert in the field of surgical and non-surgical penile lengthening, having over twenty years experience, laid out the basics of the Porextender. He is a certified specialist in both General and Plastic surgery. The PorExtender is composed of: - A specially designed plastic ring which is placed around the base of the penis - An adjustable plastic and silicone holder that fastens around the penis gland - Two dynamic metal bars attached in-between the ring and holder which apply a user controlled amount of tension that can vary from 600 to 1500 grams. The way it works The human body uses it's natural ability to adapt and develop under external physical influences with the Proextender using the principles of traction. When a body part undergoes a continuous, permanent stretching, cell tissues start to divide, than multiply, enlarging the tissue mass. This enlargement will consequently develop both length and girth of the penis. Throughout history, and still today, in human culture this procedure has been used to extend various body parts in different parts of the world. As in the case of Padaung women of Myanmar who have obtained 10 to 15 inch long necks by placing a number of large rings around their necks, adding additional rings as they grow. In South America, Mursi and the Sara people wear lip plates to enlarge their lips. No side effects have been discovered through clinical test done on the ProExtender. It has been found as a suitable means of treating Peyronie's disease (curved penis). It does not influence urination, erection or fertility. No Medical supervision is required.
