Product Launch Secrets – How to Do It Right

A product launch can be one of the most exciting things you do online.

One of the big questions is, do you want a lot of partners or just a few?

In either case, once you have determined what is an effective product launch for your style, the product launch must result in the desired results. And of course you have to know what those desired results are – do you want to make $1000 or $10,000?

So how do you do it so that you hit your desired goal?

1) Set a date for your product launch and stick to it. Set it far enough in advance that you have the time to get everything done, but soon enough that you don’t keep putting things off.

2) Tell your existing list, customers, and affiliates, that it is coming soon. Give them at least a several-email advance notice, so they can inform and excite their list.

3) Create your sales page early and start to send traffic to it. Instead of a payment link, put in an autoresponder so that visitors can get advance notice of your product when it is launched. These will be some of your best customers, and you can even structure things so that these customers will buy some other things from you in the mean time.

4) Have your sales page running on time and be able to deliver as soon as the product goes live. If you have an affiliate program, test it by buying from yourself, then send an offer to a part of your list so they can try it out. Once you know it works, send it out to everyone. This is the critical part of the launch.

These are the steps to a successful product launch. Now all that is left is for you to decide the product and get moving with it.
