Inside the main table, under the title, add three other tables. The first should be left aligned of the same width as your navigation column. Leave this blank. The second should be right aligned to take up the rest of the width of the main table in which they are all contained. This will hold your body text. Then add a third table below the first and of the same width, and again left aligned. You can then add your content to the second table, and your navigation to the third. What happens then is that the spider looks at the main table first, and sees only your title in H1 tags. That is good. That sets the theme to the spider. It then sees the first table – the blank one. It then sees your second table, with your content text. Excellent! Use your keyword within the first 100 characters, then plenty of text that relates to the keyword. Don’t use 1% - 3% keyword density: that no longer applies. Use your keyword again in the last paragraph, and no more than once more in the body of the text. The spider will then find your third table, containing your home page navigation. Don’t include your home page here, but only links to your main web site sections. So, if your site is on dieting for example, your navigation should provide links to main pages on low fat diets, low carb diets, dieting theory, etc. After reading all the content on your home page the spider will find your first link and follow it. Your low fat diet page should contain links only to those individual aspects of low fat diets, not all the other sections.
