CRC had previously placed a statement on its website that it has not initiated this or any other spam email campaign nor hired any public relations firm to do so. Under no circumstances has CRC or any person or group associated with CRC participated or acquiesced with this spam activity. CRC advises that it has not entered into any agreement, nor has it paid any party, to issue these emails. Also, CRC is attempting to determine the source of these spam emails, is consulting with its legal counsel to attempt to stop the spam emails and, if appropriate, will seek damages accordingly. Profile CRC is an oil and gas services company based in Edmonton, Alberta. CRC offers through a wholly owned subsidiary, KCP Innovative Services, Inc., highly advanced proprietary hardware and software technologies for use in four component areas of the oil and gas industry, as follows: 1) developing and testing newly discovered resources; 2) measuring the productivity of existing wells; 3) hastening well abandonment, ensuring compliance with regulatory emission guidelines, and; 4) determining the profitability of coal bed methane deposits, which may be developed and sold as natural gas. CRC’s subsidiary, Two Hills Environmental Inc., provides services related to the underground storage of waste products from the oil and gas industries.
