This brings to four the number of accused groups that have resolved the enforcement proceedings initiated by IDT/UTA earlier this year. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and connected structures, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also attracted into the assize. IDT/UTA's lawsuit versus the remaining defendants is still persisting in federal court in Newark, New Jersey. Recently, one of softswitch developers released his new conditions of paying the telephone facilities. This new system permits every consumer to define the duration of the minute that suits him the best, and the company will keep back units form the account and the client will have got an ability to examine exactly how many minutes were deducted and how many remain. Moreover, they declared that these principles are not their discovery, but are the rules for all phone card companies.
