With all the ride on lawn mowers that Wal-Mart, Sears and Home Depot are selling it is indeed interesting that the number one reason why people wish to live in condominiums is so they do not have to mow the lawn or upkeep the landscaping. Are Americans lazy? I mean riding on a lawn mower is not so difficult with a cold beer and no one will arrest you if you are over the legal limit and you pop-off a sprinkler head? No sobriety tests with ride on lawn mowers on private property? Who knows maybe there is a law against drinking a beer and operating a ride on lawn mower? But even so soon MIT and Carnegie Mellon’s artificial intelligence teams will perfect the robotic lawnmower and well taking care of such things will be a thing of the past anyway? Nevertheless many people cannot wait to leave all that yard work for condominium life? Recently I noticed an advertisement in North Carolina that read; Tired of Mowing the Lawn, live in our beautiful condo complex with lots of amenities?Indeed, Condominium Living on the Rise in America and as our population rises you can bet that this trend will continue. More and more people are looking into the simplicity of condo complexes and considering scaling back their living conditions. So, perhaps you might consider this in 2006.
