Today at the highest levels of scientific research in the United States of America there are scientists who actually believe it is impossible to control the weather and it will never happen. This is absolutely out of control. A hundred years ago they said it was impossible to put a man on the moon. What is it with our scientists that cannot think outside the box, instead willfully excepting old research and theory as scientific fact? Obviously in the far-off future we will be able to control the weather and we will do it for reasons of our culture, water supplies and curtailing catastrophic large category hurricanes. Of course mankind will eventually be able to control the weather and it is unfortunate that any scientist would ever state that it is impossible. Nothing is impossible. Things are only impossible when you accept that they are impossible. Why is it that humans can be led to believe almost anything; it be is as if they convince themselves they cannot do something and of course it is a self-fulfilling prophecy because they won't try or believe they will fail and therefore failure is certain. I would like to remind all the scientists of the world to say that; weather control is impossible, to think about all of mankind's previous achievements. I would like to hear them one more time in unison and say that weather control is impossible so we can all have a good laugh in a few years. Please consider all this in 2006. Lance Winslow
