Today's society is teeming with stress. There is hardly anyone who has never experienced any long-term stressful situation. However, the real causes often remained undiagnosed and even if we managed to get rid of the stress from our lives, it was often done using "hit-or-miss" approach rather than anything else. While some causes of stress are relatively popular, many remain hidden even though they are still quite common. Here they are: The most common trigger for stress is weariness. If you don't get enough sleep or if your sleeping conditions are inadequate, you will likely become more easily irritated and will encounter problems even during the simplest tasks. Weariness is doubly dangerous as it is a perpetuum mobile - the more you are tired, the more problems you have and this will make you even more weary. A popular source of stress problems is having hard time at work. If they work too long, have constant rows with their bosses or spend hours in traffic jams on their way to work or home, the stress level skyrockets. If you feel angry at work or while getting there, it is likely that your stress-induced problems have their source at your situation at work. Of course, a job can cause even more problems if one hasn't got one. In case of getting sacked, the typical result is getting depressed or anxious - and if they don't do anything with that quickly, the stress-induced problems will quickly follow. One of the more common causes of stress is money (or, to be exact, lack of it). When you start worrying about money instead of working on improving your financial situation, you are only a single step from depression. What is worse, this may also cause relationship problems that may end in separation or even divorce. If you often have rows with one of your family members, keep in mind that it is also an important cause of stress in your life. If face serious problems at home, do your best to solve them immediately. Do not try to fight or prove anything - family is about cooperation, not about who's on top - just find the cause of your problems and make sure they disappear.
