- Dreaming Is Good For You!
Most of us think that dreams are unimportant, but recent studies show that they may be much more important than we think. We've all woken up trying hard to remember the dream that seemed so important the night before. We feel we could remember it if we tried to tell ourselves that we can't. However, we can all learn to remember our dreams and, once we know how to do this, we can programme them to solve our problems. The best way to try to understand your dreams is to keep a dairy. If you do this, after a while, you notice that you often have the same dream over and over again.
