The Most Popular Drug In The World There might be some debate as to what the most popular drug in the world is, but in my mind there is one that's much bigger than all the others. The reason that no one wants to admit which is the biggest is simply because of money and hypocrisy. The blatant hypocrisy when it comes to drugs has always absolutely amazing to me. The Biggest Forms Of Drug Abuse: Alcohol And Nicotine Both alcohol and nicotine are considered "drugs", so if a person engages one or both of these practices, they're therefore a drug abuser, right? By definition it would surely seem as if this is the case. And that means that I was a drug abuser for the better part of fifteen years. Is Your Drinking A Problem? As a person who drank fairly heavily for the better part of 15 years, I know this is a question that I used to ask myself almost daily. I would quickly reiterate to myself that it was no problem and continue my life as normal. But in the back of my mind, I always figured that I probably did. Are You A Drug Addict? I realize that for many of you this may seem like a silly question, but as a person who is now completely sober, I think it's an interesting question to ask. If you would have asked me five years ago if I was a drug addict, I would have told you NO.
